Mobiliar, the all-branch insurance company, is awarded the Swiss Insurance Innovation Price for InnoBox, the tool to systematically collect and manage ideas.
For the second time already, the Swiss insurance industry lauds Mobiliar with the Innovation Price. This year the price is awarded for its InnoBox, the tool that systematically allows collecting and managing ideas. The jury stressed that innovation was a matter of culture within a company and specifically honoured the Mobiliar for taking efforts to anchour the topic throughout the company.
The insurance journal “Schweizer Versicherung”, the Swiss Broker Association SIBA and the Management Consulting, Technology and Outsourcing Service Provider Accenture annually award the Swiss Insurance Innovation Price. The Swiss Insurance Innovation Price offers a platform to insurance companies and brokers to pursue the following three goals:
- pointing out that the insurance industry is an industry with high innovative strength
- display innovative potential to customers
- position the company as an attractive employer internally and externally
The interdisciplinary jury emphasizes that all resources of a company would be used to create something new. Mobiliar has proven to realize this successfully. Ideas can be developed practically everywhere at the working place, on the way or at home. The insurance company Mobiliar has taken new approaches to collect these ideas and to filter the ones with market and customer relevance for implementation.
