VCW is an independent German organization that fosters the exchange and collaboration between chemists from business, academia and research institutions. In 2013, the VCW launched an industry-wide open innovation platform, based on HYPE’s on-demand innovation platform HYPE GO! During a period of five weeks, participants collaborated enthusiastically to develop ideas on how social media can be used effectively in the chemical industry.
