Our international team of over 180 employees implements customized solutions for our clients around the world.  We are looking to strengthen our team at our locations in Montreal.

Your responsibilities

  • Researching and analyzing contacts and leads to increase sales potential 
  • Carrying out outbound activities in close cooperation with the account executives, in addition to maintaining inbound leads 
  • Independently organizing appointments and product demonstrations with potential customers/interested parties for our sales team
  • Supporting the account executives in preparing materials for qualification meetings and product demonstrations
  • Maintaining and ensuring that data records in the CRM system (HubSpot, MS Dynamics) are up-to-date and ensuring the traceability of your activities and interactions with leads 
  • Tracking and reporting of key performance indicators on an OKR basis (e.g. lead conversion rate and number of opportunities generated)
  • Continuously tracking market developments and updating knowledge about our products in order to communicate effectively with potential customers

Your profile

  • Proven experience in the same or a similar role, whether in sales or marketing
  • Professional experience in inbound and outbound activities 
  • Strong organizational and planning skills as well as a hands-on mentality
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments (high-speed job)
  • High degree of personal responsibility to drive the sale of potential customers
  • Technical affinity and enthusiasm for new technologies
  • Proven practical experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot, MS Dynamics) as well as MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Business fluent in German and good written and spoken English, other language skills are an advantage
