Regional Sales Director (m/f/d) North America.

Your responsibilities

The ideal candidate is a dynamic, results-driven commercial leader with a proven ability to both execute and inspire. You bring deep experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales, a strong understanding of the North American market landscape, and a demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue and renewal targets. You're equally comfortable closing complex deals and coaching others to succeed.

You’re an effective team builder, able to foster a high-performance culture while also contributing directly to revenue in a player-coach capacity. You understand how to align regional execution with global strategy and are skilled at cross-functional collaboration to drive results.

  • Lead the North American region to achieve sales bookings, renewal goals, and customer success outcomes
  • Personally contribute to pipeline development and revenue growth through direct sales in the first year
  • Manage and develop a team of seven across sales and customer success functions
  • Build and execute the annual regional strategy and forecast
  • Represent the North American market internally, offering insights to influence product, marketing, and company strategy
  • Support strategic client and prospect discussions to drive deal closure and customer expansion
  • Collaborate with global Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and HR to align efforts and ensure regional impact
  • Provide ongoing performance updates and recommendations to the executive leadership team
  • Ensure effective deployment of tools, resources, and training for regional success

Your profile

  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise software or B2B SaaS sales
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding quotas, both personally and through team leadership
  • Excellent understanding of sales cycles, account development, and customer retention strategies
  • Experience operating in a quota-carrying role and transitioning into a full-time management position
  • Deep knowledge of the North American business environment and buying behaviors
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage effectively with customers, executives, and cross-functional teams
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into execution
  • Fluency in English required; bilingual (French/English) is a strong asset
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20%
  • Located in or willing to relocate to the Greater Montreal area (Laval-based)
